SAFETY - A CORE VALUE AT JONES CONCRETE CONSRUCTION, LLC
The Safety Department has a dedicated Safety Director Mr. Kevin Jones who has professional certificates in Construction and General Industry Safety and Health. Mr. Jones is an OSHA, Southwest Safety Training Alliance (SSTA), and American Red Cross approved instructor and provides training to Jones Concrete Construction, LLC employees and is a resource to on-site personnel.
Jones Concrete Construction, LLC strives to provide our employees with the most up-to-date information and training available. In recognition of this effort, Jones Concrete Construction, LLC was presented by the American Subcontractors Association of Arizona the Commitment to Safety Award for Company of the Year under 250 employees in 2006. The award honors the "Best of the Best" in construction safety excellence and was presented for Jones Concrete Construction’s safety processes, management involvement and company safety culture.

- Pre-plan all of our work from a safety and health standpoint.
- Provides site specific Hazard Analysis and Site Safety Plan.
- Provides general and site specific Material Safety Data Sheets.
- Comply with all federal and state regulations.
- Follow all client rules governing safety.
- Take expedient action to correct any unsafe conditions on a jobsite.
- Promote safety awareness.
- Hold each employee accountable for his or her individual responsibility to perform a job safely.
- Provide the training to support accident reduction techniques.
- Provide a safe and efficient work environment for all employees
- Ensure public safety and property protection associated with company projects.
